(DV-2010)
Green Card Lottery for 2008 is now open
to sign up. Submit your entry early to prevent
delay in processing.
50,000 lucky applicants will be granted
immigrant visas annually through Diversity
Visa Lottery Program, or popularly known
as the Green Card Lottery. Anyone who is
selected under this program will have a
chance to apply for permanent residence.
If it is granted, the individual will be
able to work and enjoy his life in American
legally! Also, they have the privilege of
bringing their spouse and any unmarried
child under the age of 21 to the United
States.
90,000 applicants are picked to ensure
that all 50,000 green cards DV-2010 are
issued. Only the first 50,000 qualified
applicants will be issued green cards.
Due to the strict laws and regulations
set by the US State Department, many application
are rejected. Applicants will not be notified
of rejected entries. The Immigration Assistance
Center is not affiliated with any government
agency and provides a paid service that
has a 100% error-free guarantee that your
entry will meet every regulation and correctly
filed. We also allow you to mail your required
photos and our staff will digitize them
for submission.
News: Immigration Assistance
Center is pleased to inform our valued customers
that our systems have been updated to comply
with the National Visa Center's new online
e-filing guidelines. Users will simply need
to complete their application using our
system, and we will efile your application
to the National Visa Center.
The Annual DV Green Card Lottery. Here
is the way it works:
- An eligible person is someone who is
from a country that has low U.S. immigration.
This person must meet other eligibility
requirements, such as education level.
Take our free eligibility test to see
if you qualify.
- The lottery is conducted annually. A
person can register only one time each
year. An application must be perfectly
submitted.
- From the eligible applicants, a computer
randomly chooses the winners. The winners
are notified the following year around
June to July.
- The winners and their immediate families
submit a formal request for Permanent
Resident Visas (Green Cards). If the application
is accepted, then the winner receives
a Green Card. The winner's spouse, and
his or her children who are age 21 or
younger also receive their Green Cards.
